ADO Blog Event: Wonderland

Art Dolls Only (ADO) is having their second annual Alice in Wonderland blog event.  Participants from all over the world are creating their own unique interpretation of a character from the cherished story.  My entry for the ADO Blog Event:Wonderland is Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum!  Well, I fell down the rabbit hole for sure with these little guys!
This is a bit of a different direction (artistically) for me! I usually work very realistically. Always wanting to try something new, I played around with some "found objects" scattered throughout the house! Their bodies are small bottle gourds, their faces are old buttons and their ears and beanies are sea shells. Their funny clothes were sculpted with Apoxy Sculpt and of course their limbs are from my stash of hardware! I hope you will enjoy the twins! :)
