Rajasthani Workshop with Laurel Skye
Here is the Mosaic Bottle that I created in Italy at Laurel Skye's Workshop:
Under the glass tile on the bottle on the left is part of the painting, "The Annunciation" by Fra Angelico. We were able to see this beautiful painting in Cortona.
Under the glass tile on the right is an image of the Hotel Oasi Neumann. This is what used to be a monastery and is where we stayed while in Cortona.
In case you are wondering, it's just ONE bottle - front and back! Oh the wonders of Photoshop! : D

Florence to Camucia
Here we are getting off of the train from Florence to Camucia! Hubby is on the right (blue shirt) and I'm behind him. The brilliant redhead is Laurel Skye who would be teaching the Rajasthani Mosaic Workshop! Marley, Laurel's daughter is the girl with the long, dark hair, Dorothy is on the left and Angela on the right. Bruce is in the center.
The middle photo was taken from our room... We stayed at what was once a monastery (bottom photo). How cool is that?!
Oh! The background is the cover from a piece of sheet music that Hubby picked up at a street market in Cortona!
