I'm working again on Pandora and the Seven Sins! Here we have "Lust"! She is "cooked" and ready to be painted. I think I will wait and paint them (all of the "sins") at the same time.
Today I will be working on "Anger". . . Stay tuned! :)
Still working on Pandora, with Marilyn Radzat's online class ... I just finished sculpting her arms and covered them with fabric. Gosh! This step made me nervous! Here is a picture... I'll be attaching them as soon as I sculpt the baby, Hope. Since her arms will be in a fixed position, I want to know how she will hold Hope before I permanently attach them to her body.
Ever thought of taking an online doll making class? I'm taking a very interesting and fun online class at "That Creative Place" with doll artist extraordinaire, Marilyn Radzat!
This past week I finished adding Pandora's tutu to her (gourd) body. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have time to work on her hands and arms!
When I was in college, an art professor told me that to achieve true success, I had to choose one area of art and focus on that only. How sad, I thought... and, how... b_o_r_i_n_g!
Perhaps "success" is in the eye of the beholder! I embrace all forms of art and want to jump in and try it all!
Having to be practical, back in 1984 I created T.LEE DESIGN STUDIO and began to design for the giftware industry. I design all sorts of things from greeting cards to porcelain music boxes to needlework. I have never been bored and eagerly await each new life discovery!
